Hi! I'm Cordes!
From Teacher to Entrepreneur
As a lifelong educator, I designed courses on everything from AP Government to leadership skills and worked with organizations like WETA, CSPAN, and the UN. I also spent years studying productivity and motivation—first for my students, then to rebuild after burnout. But when I stepped into entrepreneurship, I had to start from scratch.
So, I did what teachers do best—I became a student. I dove into books, courses, and research, figuring out what actually works. Others started asking me for help to set up workflow systems so I started coaching and consulting with others to set up tech systems and focused processes to make running their businesses easier.
Now, I combine my love of learning, brain science and organization with everything I’ve learned about business to help business owners develop systems and routines to eliminate friction points in their businesses.

Fun facts about Cordes
- I have never rollerbladed.
- I qualified for (and ran) the Boston Marathon.
- I was so cold when I climbed Mt. Olympus that I put dirty socks on my hands to keep them warm.
- I biked and camped with my husband on the C&O Canal in Washington, D.C., and the Mosel River in Germany.
- I had a vegan blog.
- I was in a tv commercial for my family's dairy farm.
- I have camped from Alaska, to the Everglades to Nova Scotia and from the Netherlands to Greece!
- I have worked at over 7 different summer camps.
- I met my husband while we were both Peace Corps Volunteers.
- I created a guide to help people learn basic, conversational Albanian.
- I have served on Boards for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, a Social Club, an International Women's Group, school volunteers, professional organizations, and a church.
- I developed a wilderness survival program for kids.
- At some point, I have been able to converse in French, Hungarian, and German.....but never at the same time!
